The Repair Process
  1. Please complete our online contact form detailing your laptop fault, please remember to include your laptop model and serial number if known.  Or call us on 01603 864494.
  2. We will then reply with a no obligation estimate for the cost of repair if the fault is known, or we may ask to inspect your laptop in person for a thorough diagnosis.  No charge is made to inspect your laptop.
  3. If you agree to the estimate we will then carry out the repair.
  4. Once the repair has been completed you will be contacted to arrange collection and payment.
  5. Payments can be accepted in cash, or by all major bank cards, credit cards, paypal and cheques.  Cheques must clear before release of property.
